User Authentication via phone is required to use Z.com services.

Both SMS authentication, and voice call authentication are available.

[Voice Call Authentication】

1. Enter the required information, and click [Save].

2. Select [Phone], and click [Send].

3. You will receive a phone call. As you answer the phone, the authentication PIN will appear on the screen.

4. Enter the PIN, anda message will appear if the process was successfully completed.

【SMS Authentication】

1. Enter the required information, and click [Save].

2. Select [SMS Authentication] and click [Send] .

3. You will receive the authentication PIN via SMS.

4. Enter the PIN, and a message will appear if the process was successfully completed.
